General

• Your reservation with Hotel Damrak-inn is a binding legal contract and subject to the following terms and conditions.
• The Uniform Conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry form an integral part of these conditions.
• Where these conditions differ from the uniform conditions for the Hotel and Catering Industry, these conditions apply.
• Hotel Damrak-Inn reserves the right to change the general terms and conditions at any time without notice.
  

Check-In and Check-Out

• Check-in time is from 02:00 PM.
• Check-out time is until 11:00 AM.
• Unauthorized late check-out will incur a charge equal to one night stay. 

Tax and service charge:

• Amsterdam Tourist Tax/City Tax of 5% is excluded
• VAT and Service charge are included in room rates.

Minimum Stays

• Minimum stay three nights for arrival on Friday.
• Minimum stay two nights for arrival on Saturday.

Cancellations and no-shows

• Late cancellation and no-shows incur a charge of one night at full price for all reserved rooms.
• Late cancellation and no-shows incur a charge of 2 nights for reservation with a minimum stay restriction.
• For groups, cancellations are free of charge until two weeks prior arrival.
• For individual travelers, cancellations are free of charge until 48 hours before arrival.

Guarantee:

• All Reservations need to be guaranteed by credit card.
• Hotel Damrak-Inn reserves the right to pre-authorize credit card 7 days prior to arrival. In case of declined credit card, your reservation is not guaranteed.

House Rules:

• No pets allowed at Hotel Damrak-Inn.
• It is not allowed to smoke in Hotel Damrak-Inn.
• All visitors must leave the hotel before midnight or pay 25 EUR per person per night for their stay.
• Guests under 18 years of age can stay at the hotel with adult supervision only.
• It is strictly forbidden to engage in illegal activities on Hotel Damrak-Inn premises.

Responsibility

• We decline responsibility for items left in the rooms or in the safe.
